The Importance of Upgrades in World of Warcraft
Upgrades are new items that boost your stats. You can upgrade your armor weapons, trinkets and weapons with these.

Armor

Once a weapon is fully upgraded the weapon will continue to receive additional upgrades as long as the player has the correct upgrade materials and currency in to. Players should upgrade their weapons only after they've completed the maximum amount of upgrades possible from regular and Whetblade item.
Trinkets
Trinkets are unique items that offer a range of Boosts. They can be upgraded just like other equipment by interacting with an item Upgrader NPC.
